We’re looking for an ambitious Senior CRM Marketing Executive to join us and help us accelerate our growth.
The role
The potential of email in helping us attract and engage members is vast. You will lead the charge in capturing that value through acquisition and retention campaigns.
- Ownership of the email marketing roadmap to deliver our B2B email marketing campaigns
- Create and optimise automated email funnels to drive key company goals
- Monitor and report on data and insights for campaigns, iterate email communications and improve funnel conversion
- Measure and analyse member engagement driving activity, working closely with the wider Sales, Onboarding and Retention, and Operations teams to deliver end-to-end marketing campaigns
About you

General skills
- 1/2+ years previous experience and knowledge of CRM and marketing automation
- Understanding of customer segments, user journeys and marketing best practices
- Knowledge of CRM tools such as CustomerIO, Salesforce or similar
- Experience with HTML for email creation a bonus
- Analytical, you’re confident in interpreting marketing data
- Collaborative, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced, fun environment, where everyone gives 100%
- Strong communication, you have excellent written and verbal communication skills
